IMPLEMENTATION/ CHANGE MANAGER
£40000 - £45000 p.a
BIRMINGHAM
A leading management consultancy company working with a high profile client is looking for an Implementation Manager. A temp role based in Birmingham initially lasting six months with possible extension or a likely permanent position looking to pay between £40 - 45K per annum.
This role represents an excellent opportunity to contribute to significant change for employees and customers within a household name, whilst adding a well-established and commercial client to your CV.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
-Lead and line manage the Implementation/ Change Coordinators (1-2 people)
-Work collaboratively with stakeholders (i.e., IT or business) to ensure customer and staff transition is seamless
-Coach and support IT system and business process training for employees in business centres
-Coordinate the Implementation/ Change Coordinators activity and report regional progress
-Escalate change related issues through to resolution
-Manage and report on all other in scope change implementation efforts
-Manage and deliver communications as required to all relevant stakeholders and escalate change related issues through to resolution
-The role will require travel and on occasion national travel may be needed
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
-Experience in banking, ideally a corporate banking environment
-Significant change implementation experience
-Preferably IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel, and SharePoint
-Assertive person with ability to influence, coach and develop others
-Flexibility to travel regularly
-A confident and professional manner, with excellent communication skills
-Full clean driving licence with own transport
