Our client, an established and highly reputable international property / real estate company, now seek a Group Accountant to join their senior property finance team.

£60000 - £65000 p.a + 15% Guaranteed Bonus

As Group Accountant, you will make up part of the senior finance team and take on the following responsibilities:
- Consolidate and manage the groups financial accounting activities including completion of monthly consolidated entities
- Prepare sets of accounts for the worldwide property portfolio under UK GAAP and IFRS
- Produce detailed commentary to supplement UK account packs outlining key profit and loss accounts, categorising and identifying significant variances to budget
- Prepare and present figures at board meetings
- Develop and maintain cash flow forecast reporting systems
- Maintain and improve reporting systems
- Reconcile inter-company balances
This is a `hands on` role that requires the successful candidate to be able to work as part of a team and demonstrate strong communication and reporting skills.
To be considered for the position of Group Accountant, you will hold a professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) ideally with considerable post qualified experience gained in a real estate environment with solid consolidation knowledge.
