My client is a forward thinking organisation, believing in promotion from within and part of a major group – half a billion turnover. They are now looking to recruit a Finance Director for one of their divisions - 17m turnover.
The principle objectives. is to play a key part of the Management Team in identifying opportunities for improved financial performance and to drive transparent forecasts with clear accountability's by process and function.
The position supports the management team in developing long-range financial plans and ensuring capital funds are deployed to projects with sufficient financial merits. You will support the business on special projects designed to improve business performance by providing financial insights to ensure decisions are based on data with financial integrity and rigor.
This role also has an operational focus directing and managing the supply chain function and personnel.
Educated to degree level or equivalent, with an appropriate professional qualification you will have experience of in-depth analysis and planning, exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail and a strategic thinker. An operational background is essential and manufacturing or electronics industry with supply chain knowledge would be advantageous. You will communicate and present to senior business leaders globally and have a high level of business ethics and integrity
