Our client is a London Local Authority and they are currently recruiting for a Finance Officer for their Payables team.
Key Accountabilities:
*Input invoices onto the Oracle Financials System including matching with existing Purchase Orders and Goods Receipts Notices
*Assist with manual payments when required, including BACS payments, computer cheque payments, manual cheque payments and Electronic transfers
Key Experience:
*Experience of data input. No less than 7000 ksph/ 30 WPM
*Experience of working in AP environment
*Must be able to demonstrate you are numerate
*Computer skills to include intermediate use of MS Office
*Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
*Excellent customer service skills
