A leading retail company based in Central London are seeking a Senior Analyst to join their team in Finance. You must be qualified ACA, CIMA, or similar and have retail or FMCG experience.
Overview:
Stakeholder Management - Support Manager or Senior Manager level stakeholders who are generally non-financial customers
Analysis, Budgeting - Responsible for the detailed budgeting of more complicated aspects of the P&L without guidance from line manager, liaising with stakeholders to ensure buy-in as required.
Decision/Project Support – Provide stakeholder and line manager with financial support across a variety of more complicated ongoing business projects
Business Planning - Will involve modelling at the relevant level, the building blocks that drive that area of the P&L, liaising with stakeholders to ensure buy-in as required.
Financial/Management Accounts and Forecasting – Provide updated re-forecast on a monthly basis for areas of responsibility, ensuring realism and stakeholder buy-in, being prepared to challenge stakeholders where necessary
Investment Appraisal and Management Reporting – Provide stakeholders and finance colleagues with high quality value added performance reporting on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis to inform the decision making process and help drive the performance of the organisation.
