We are currently recruiting for a large Investment Bank who are looking to add a Financial Planning Analyst to their team. The purpose to this role is to provide financial analytical support to CRS Line Management and to the CRS Finance Planning and Analysis function.
You will be responsible for the financial management and reporting of all CRS activity for UK and Ireland including; preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Plans and forecasts, project tracking, capitalisation and close-out and expense base reporting and related variance analysis. The role will involve the oversight of fixed asset depreciation and write-offs ensuring compliance to the the bank, US and UK GAAP, assisting in the developments PEP's and Capital plans and the analysis of business results in the preparation of variance analyses and other adhoc management reporting as well as customer billing and client query resolution.
For this role you will have knowledge of Corporate Financial Control systems (e.g. SMARTll, Essbase, GCMD and FRS). You will also be able to develop enquiry reports and analysis from new reporting data bases and be either a qualified or part-qualified accountant.
