Senior Finance Manager – Retail Finance Team
Our client, a leading international luxury retail brand based in London, has enjoyed a continual period of growth and success over the last year. As part of their ongoing expansion our client is looking for a switched on and ambitious Senior Finance Manager to work within the Retail Finance Team.
The role is responsible for the Commercial Finance function, providing robust and meaningful management information for the Group.
Overseeing a team of 3, including the Retail Finance Manager, you will lead the budgeting and forecasting process for the business, managing cash-flow and banking covenants and all retail analysis for the group.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
· An experienced Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with an excellent academic and
career track record.
· Ability and desire to drive change and add value to the business
· The ability to manage, develop and motivate an ambitious team
· Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
· Strong team-working skills
· Strong technical accounting and analytical skills with attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels of the
business, and maintain credibility with other departments
