During that time, I have found Lisa to be extremely friendly and helpful, and she is receptive to our needs and supplies Candidate CVs quickly that are relevant and of a good standard. The candidates we have recruited through Lisa have been very good. She does not apply high pressure sales tactics which I personally loathe, and is always willing to back off and talk later when I say I am too busy. Many other consultants could learn from that approach.
